James trained at Colchester Institute before honing his craft at Roux at Parliament Square under MasterChef champion Steve Groves. He later returned to Colchester as Sous Chef at the opening of Kintsu, and most recently has been The Three Horseshoes, Fordham

With 14 years as Executive Sous Chef aboard Fred Olsen Cruise Liners (fine dining at sea!), followed by stints at The King’s Head, Woodbridge and most recently The Swan at Lavenham, Kiki brings serious skill, calm confidence and a whole lot of talent to the Team
