DREW SNAITH
Our next guest chef, Drew Snaith, has been cooking with purpose since childhood. Trained in Sheffield and shaped by kitchens including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Kitchen Table, and Pidgin, Drew is known for his refined yet playful, flavour-led style. He was co-founder of SESTA which concluded its journey at the end of 2025. His food balances technique with emotion, serious cooking, made to be enjoyed.
