In the heart of Coggeshall, Essex, The Noble Goose has been a destination for nearly four decades, founded in 1986 by Peter Langan of London's iconic Langan's Brasserie as a second home for the spirit and theatrical flair of the original.

 

Once a humble greengrocer's shop, it still carries echoes of that London brasserie in its artwork and warm, characterful interiors. Now under Blackwells and led by award winning Head Chef James Self, the kitchen serves refined British brasserie dining with a French twist, built on local producers and seasonal ingredients.

 

Elegant food in a relaxed setting has earned us two AA Rosettes, whether you join us for à la carte evenings, a leisurely lunch, or our much loved Sunday roasts. Our private dining rooms and event spaces also host celebrations, weddings, corporate events and memorial gatherings.
